    3, We promise that we provide one-site service and repair within 24 hours in the center of China, others we provide 48 hours service. (Unless the traffic problem or Force Majeure)
    And we will reply and guide the foreign customer to repair the machine, within 12 hours for oversea customer, if need, we will dispatch engineer to assist you to repair the machine or the customer can come back to our company to get the training again.
